Personal finance

Get clear about your money.

Flow Pro brings your income and spending into one place and shows, without the fuss, where your money is going.

For iPhone, Apple Watch and Mac. No account, no ads.

The problem

When nobody keeps track, money disappears.

  1. 01

You don't know exactly where your money is going.

  2. 02

Tracking every expense is work, so you stop doing it.

  3. 03

Nothing is organized: a bit in the bank, a bit in a spreadsheet, a bit in your head.

  4. 04

    Accounts scattered in different places.

  5. 05

Planning the month turns into guesswork.

The solution

Everything in one place, easy to follow.

Flow Pro turns what you spend and receive into something simple to read.

  1. 01

    See

Every income and expense in one place, in seconds.

  2. 02

    Understand

Categories and charts show where the money goes.

  3. 03

    Organize

Limits, budgets and recurring items on autopilot.

  4. 04

    Decide

With the picture clear, choosing gets easier.

Features

The essentials, done well.

  • Quick entries

Log income or an expense in seconds, in the app, from a widget or by talking to Siri.

  • Automatic categories

The app picks the category from the entry's name. You fix it only when you want to.

  • Recurring items

Rent, subscriptions and salary are added on the right date.

  • Limits and budgets

Set a limit per month, per week or per category and get a heads-up at the right time.

  • Statistics and calendar

See your spending pace, compare with the previous period and check each day's balance.

  • Widgets, Siri and Apple Watch

Seven widgets for the Home Screen and the Lock Screen, and your balance on your wrist.

  • Goals and savings jars

Save for a trip, a rainy-day fund or whatever you dream of. The app shows what is left and how much to set aside each month.

  • Card installments

Bought it in 6 payments? Log it once and the installments are scheduled, one per month.

  • Forgotten subscriptions

The app notices charges that repeat every month and that you have not set up as recurring yet.

  • Month in review

A short summary of the month that just ended, with a clean card you can share.

  • Split bills

Paid for everyone’s dinner? See who still owes you and log only your share.

  • Icons and styles

Switch the app icon and pick from several styles for the balance card.

Also: import and export spreadsheets and PDF, multiple currencies, search with suggestions, undo on delete, a daily reminder, an app language setting (Portuguese or English) and a Mac version. The basics are free; the extras are part of Flow Pro Pass, an optional subscription with a 7-day free trial.

On autopilot

Set it up once. Flow Pro handles the rest.

Recurring items that log themselves, reminders at the right time, Siri to log by voice, your balance on the Lock Screen, a quick glance at today's spending when you leave the app, and bank transfer receipts turned into entries in a few taps.

01Recurring, reminders and Calendar

It logs itself, reminds you and lands on your Calendar.

Set up rent, subscriptions or salary once and Flow Pro logs them on the right date. If you went a few days without opening the app, the ones that came due are created too.

  • Reminders with notificationsAs many as you like, each at its own time and with its own message.
  • On your Calendar, only if you wantEach new recurring item goes into the Calendar app. Flow Pro only writes and never reads your other events.

02Siri

Say it, and it’s logged.

Say what you spent and Siri asks for what’s missing: the name and the amount, however you say it, like “30 dollars”. You can also ask for your balance.

Try saying

  • “Log expense in Flow Pro”
  • “How much did I spend in Flow Pro”
  • “What’s my Flow Pro balance”
  • “Export statement from Flow Pro”

03Widgets

Your balance on the Lock Screen and the Home Screen.

See what you have without opening the app, and jump straight to a new entry with one tap.

Home Screen. Small and medium, with the month’s spending and income. On Apple Watch, your balance is also a complication. See all the widgets.

04Spending on exit

A quick glance at your spending, then it's gone.

When you leave the app, Flow Pro shows how much you spent today for a few seconds, on the Dynamic Island or the Lock Screen. It doesn't stay in your way: it's just to give you a sense.

  • A daily limit, if you wantGreat for trips: switch the currency and set how much you want to spend per day.
  • Only if you turn it onIt starts off. You turn it on in the welcome screens or in Settings, and choose how long it stays: 2, 5, 8 seconds or whatever you like.

05Receipts

From the bank receipt to the app.

Made or received a payment or bank transfer? Share the receipt from your bank app (PDF or image) with Flow Pro and it reads the amount, the name and the date. You just check and save.

  • You choose: expense or incomeA receipt doesn't say whether you paid or received, so Flow Pro asks before saving.
  • Read on your iPhoneKeeping the file is optional and it stays on the device only, never sent to Apple or a server.

Widgets

Your money at a glance, without opening the app.

Seven widgets for the Home Screen and the Lock Screen. Pick what each one shows and keep an eye on your limit, your spending and what is coming up.
